Unmatched Data Report

This supplemental report offers a detailed analysis supporting the Match Report included in our quarterly Perform Report, covering a four-quarter period.

Purpose

While the Match Report presents aggregate match rates by site, this supplemental report identifies specific Perform and STS cases that failed to match. This detailed view enables you to:

• Review individual unmatched cases for accuracy
• Identify cases that may require correction or investigation
• Request corrections by contacting our team when discrepancies are identified

Objective

This report aims to enhance transparency in our matching process and provide actionable insights to improve match rates across sites. Sites achieving 100% match rates will receive a blank report—our shared goal for all participating facilities.
